About Me
Welcome to Core Resilience Counseling. I am Shannon Ferrelli, LICSW, Clinical SocialWorker/ Therapist and owner. I specialize in providing individuaI therapy for adults and teens (ages 12-18). Services are provided via a secure Telehealth platform.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, depressed or suffering with low self-esteem, you are not alone. I can provide a safe and supportive space where your voice will be heard and validated. You have your own unique needs and strengths, and together we can navigate the challenges life can bring.
I have worked as a Clinical Social Worker/Therapist for nearly 20 years with children, teens, and adults across multiple settings. Areas of expertise are anxiety, stress, depression, women’s issues, and living with chronic medical conditions.
